The problem
The proposal goes out, then it goes quiet. Without an overview, nobody notices for weeks that no one followed up.
What was agreed, who was involved? Five minutes before the meeting, the inbox search begins.
Traditional systems demand data entry that day-to-day work leaves no time for. The data goes stale and the pipeline stops adding up.
What you get
Contacts, activities and next steps in one customer record. In the company workspace, your team shares customers and contacts without entering anything twice.
Customer projects, internal initiatives and targeted relationship building as missions with milestones. Every mission starts out private and is only shared when you choose to.
Outlook emails and your default calendar sync every 15 minutes, even when aenuma is closed. Read-only. The knowledge buried in your threads becomes usable.
Senders turn into suggestions for customers and contacts. One click adds them, and nothing lands in your customer list without your review.
When new emails or meetings are added to a mission, its briefing updates itself: what has been agreed, what is open, who owns the next step. Every statement cites its source.
On request, aenuma drafts a reply based on the email, the customer context and your approved company knowledge, with references. You edit and send it yourself.
How it works
You connect Outlook once. From then on, aenuma reads your inbox and calendar every 15 minutes and never sends anything.
Senders are grouped into customer and contact suggestions. Shared mailboxes and system emails are kept separate.
Company, name, role, phone: you make changes before anything is saved.
Only your click writes the customer and contact to the record. You can also set a suggestion aside and come back to it later.

Reserve your spotFor teams
Your team shares customers, contacts and activities in the company workspace. Personal emails and calendars stay personal.
Every mission starts out private. You share it specifically for viewing or editing. Even admins cannot see private missions.
Admins maintain a knowledge base and explicitly approve expert sources such as Microsoft Learn. The AI only researches there when needed and shows what it used.

Principles
aenuma suggests. Adding, assigning and closing things out is up to you.
No automatic emails, no meetings, no messages to customers.
Briefings link to the emails they are based on. If there is no source, it is not in there.
The application and database run in Frankfurt, Germany. For briefings, aenuma uses an external AI service. The privacy policy explains what is transferred.

FAQ
Who is aenuma for?
For anyone whose work runs on relationships: people who look after many customers, partners or contacts in parallel and do not want to keep it all in their heads. Whether you are an owner, a consultant, in sales or in customer success, working solo or in a large company.
How much does aenuma cost?
We will set pricing before the official launch. Everyone on the waitlist hears about it first. Signing up is free and comes with no obligation.
Do I need Microsoft 365?
For inbox and calendar, yes. aenuma reads both through a Microsoft connection. Depending on your company's policies, your IT team may need to approve this connection once. Gmail and Google Calendar are in preparation but not yet available.
Does aenuma send emails or create meetings on my behalf?
No. Your inbox and calendar are read-only. You create reply drafts at the push of a button, then edit and send them yourself. aenuma sends nothing and creates no meetings.
Can I work with my team?
Yes. In the company workspace, your team shares customers and contacts. Missions stay private until you share them specifically; otherwise not even admins can see them. Admins invite members, assign roles and revoke access.
How does the AI know what to write?
From the emails and meetings you have assigned to a mission, from your approved company knowledge and, if your admin allows it, from approved expert sources such as Microsoft Learn. Every statement shows its source. The AI does not use private calendar entries.
